SassaHelp.co.za will never ask for your South African ID number, your banking details, your SASSA PIN, or a payment of any kind.

We have no login, no application form, and no way to submit a grant application through this website. There is no field anywhere on this site that accepts a 13-digit ID number or a bank account number, and we do not store such information under any circumstances.

If a website, WhatsApp message, SMS or caller claims to be SassaHelp and asks for those details, it is not us and it is a scam. Applications and status checks happen only on SASSA's own portal at srd.sassa.gov.za or on the official SASSA WhatsApp line. Report fraud to SASSA on 0800 60 10 11.

8. Children

This site does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. Our content is intended for adults navigating social grant systems.

9. Your Rights (POPIA)

Under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), you have the right to request access to any personal information we hold about you, and to request its deletion. Given that we collect no personal information, such requests are unlikely to apply. For questions, contact us.
