• Provide all the information asked by the staff.
• Once everything is done, the staff will hand over you the cash.

If you selected the “Bank Account” as your payment method to receive your grant payment, but you did not receive your payment. That means! It seems there is some issue with your bank or bank details you provided. Log into your SASSA portal and double-check all banking details provided, during the application.

You won’t receive your grant payment if there is any typo or incorrect information added to your grant. Check all the details and edit if there is any incorrect information.

2. Check Bank Transaction Limit

All bank account has a transaction limit set, per day, and month. If your account has reached its transaction limit, then it can cause the grant payment not received. You can check this by checking all the transactions in the last month and checking whether the total transaction crosses the income threshold set by SASSA or not.

If transactions exceed the SASSA income threshold you may not receive payment, you’ll need to verify that these transactions are not income.

3. Verify Contact Details
